Salsa Chicken (booster book)

Ingredients

  • Salsa Chicken

  • 2 lbs. skinned, boned chicken breasts, cut into quarters or smaller
  • 1 14 oz. jar of salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 minutes.

Preparation

Step 1





 
­ Arrange chicken pieces in a 9x13” baking dish
­ Cover dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
­ Remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes

Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake another 10 minutes.
