Ingredients

  • lbs. Beef Flank Steak (cut in stir fry size)

  • ¼

    cup cornstarch

  • 2

    TSP. Olive Oil

  • ½

    tsp. Minced Ginger

  • 2

    cloves of garlic, minced

  • ¾

    cup soy sauce

  • ¾

    cup water

  • ¾

    cup brown sugar

  • ½

    cup shredded carrots

  • 3

    medium green onions, chopped

Directions

-Spray slow cooker w/ non-stick spray -Dredge steak in cornstarch & place in crock pot -Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl & pour over beef in crock pot -Cook 2-3 hrs on High, or 4-5 hours on Low -Serve over Rice -Top with sliced green onions
