Ingredients

  • 16 Slices Bread, cubed
  • 4 Cups Chicken, cooked
  • 1 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Step 1

Mix all together, except soup and cheese. Place in a 9 x 13 inch cooking pan. Spread soup on top and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 15-20 servings. This can be made ahead and refrigerated.
