Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pound hot sausage, uncooked
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer with a dough hook, combine sausage and cream cheese. Add in the Bisquick and stir until combined. Add the cheese (extra if you love cheese). Stir until combined.
Scoop the meat mixture onto your baking sheet with a small cookie scoop to form 1 inch balls. Once you have them all on your baking sheets, go back and roll them around with your hands to smooth out the surface.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes OR you can freeze them at this point. Once they are chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. (If they are frozen, you should bake them a few minutes longer.). They should be firm to the touch and golden brown on the outside.
Serve with honey mustard dressing for dipping.
