Egg soufflé (Christmas Breakfast)

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground pork sausage fried and drained
  • 8 pieces bread trimmed and cubed
  • 1/2 lb (2C) cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Combine cheese, eggs, milk and soup; pour into pan. Add sausage. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake 325 1 to 1 1/2 ½ hours.
