Ingredients
- 32 buttered crackers
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Crush creckers. Chop pecans. Mix crackers, pecans and 1/2 cup of sugarr. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff and gradually add remaining sugar. Add vanilla and mixture of egg whites to crumb mixture. Pack in a pie pan or square cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool an top with whipped cream.
