Ingredients

  • 1 can water packed tuna - (6 oz) drained and flaked
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
  • 4 slices reduced-calorie whole-wheat bread toasted
  • 3 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese

Step 1

Preheat the broiler.

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, celery, scallions, mayonnaise and pepper. Divide the mixture among the 4 slices of toast; sprinkle with the cheese. Broil 5 inches from the heat, until the cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
