Ingredients

  • Garlic

    TPS - salt

  • 5

    OZ - Olive oil

  • 1

    OZ - Red wine vinegar

  • 1

    OZ - Lemon juice

  • ½

    TPS - Worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    TPS - Dry mustard

  • Crushed anchovies

  • Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    - Coddled egg

  • Fresh bread croutons

Directions

Rub wooden salad bowl with garlic. Mix all ingedients. Add mashed garlic and beat with parmesan cheese and egg. Toss with romaine lettuce.
