Ranch dressing - light
This was on the internet- I tried- I like.
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 Cup nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp each - Chopped fine - Parsley & Chives ( I use any fresh herbs I like)
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar or 2 Tbsp lime juice - fresh
- 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 Tsp sugar ( if you want it )
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins
Whisk all together. Store at least 2 to 3 hours for the ingredients to mix.
