Chicken Cacciatore Barry

Ingredients

  • 1 # Chicken Breasts, Bone/Skinles & Cleaned
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion Sliced
  • EVOO
  • 2-3 T Buttter
  • 26 oz Can Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 t Oregano x2
  • 1 t Basil x2
  • 1 t Tarragon x2
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Sliced
  • 2 C Flour
  • Fettuccine
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Fettuccine Per Box Instructions.

Dust Chicken with Flour & Spices x1.

Large Skillet Medium Heat, Add EVOO & Butter, Add Chicken Brown Both Sides About 3-5 Minutes each Side - Remove & Keep Warm.

Add Onions & Garlic to Skillet, Saute Until Soft. Add Tomatoes, Oregno x1, Basil x1 & Tarragon x1. Simmer 15 -20 Minutes.

Add Chicken, Lower Heat, Cover & Simmer 5-10 Minutes.

Salt & Pepper to Taste.

Serve Over Fettuccine. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
