Ingredients
- 4 tbs unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and saute, stirring, until soft and glazed, 8-10 minutes. Serve warm.
