Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool pans 10 minutes before removing. Yield: 2 loaves.
