Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, not packed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease and flour muffin pan or use liners.
Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin and water. In separate bowl mix together the baking flour, soda, bp, spice, and salt. Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
