Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Cups cooked orzo pasta
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
- 3/4 cup chopped tomato (plum tomato's)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can (15 or 16 oz) garbanzp beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Cover and regrigerate at least
1 hour to blend flavors. Top with feta cheese. Yum!
