Southwest Chicken and Rice Wrap 0 Picture


  • 1 can (14 oz) chix broth
  • 2 cups mintute brown rice, uncooked
  • 2 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy blend
  • 2 cups frozen southwest blend veggies
  • 2 cups diced cooked chix
  • 4 while wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup lo-fat cheddar cheese


Servings 4


Step 1

Bring chicken broth to a boil.

Add minute rise, seasoning blend, beggies and chix; stir. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat -- let stand 5 minutes.

Warm tortillas and divide rice mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with cheese and serve.
