Southwest Chicken and Rice Wrap
- 1 can (14 oz) chix broth
- 2 cups mintute brown rice, uncooked
- 2 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy blend
- 2 cups frozen southwest blend veggies
- 2 cups diced cooked chix
- 4 while wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lo-fat cheddar cheese
Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add minute rise, seasoning blend, beggies and chix; stir. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat -- let stand 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas and divide rice mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with cheese and serve.
