- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 Can Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Confectionary Sugar
Mix with whipping attachments, cream cheese, till smooth, then add next 3 ingredients together and beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Add confectionary sugar in small amounts to prevent lumps. Continue to beat until smooth and creamy. Serve dip in a hollowed out pumpkin. surround pumkin with ginersnaps.
