Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 six-ounce can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup worcester sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil on high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook 3-4 minutes. DO NOT LET ONIONS AND GARLIC BROWN. Mix tomato paste and vinegar together. Add to skillet. Stir in remainder of ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
