Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 2 tbsp. corn starch
• 11/2 cups flour (added slowly)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 10 minutes on mix master (better by hand)
Bake 300 F for 25 minutes (too long)
