Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Store in a jar or other container with a lid.

Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
