Bud's Broiler Burger

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2lb of Ground Chuck Beef
  • 1/4cup plus 2tblsp of Lea & Perrins
  • 1 - 16oz Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4cup of Liquid Smoke
  • 1-1/2cup of Ketchup
  • 1/4cup of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1Tblsp of Chili Powder
  • Koscher Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Burgers
Mix Ground beef, 2tblsp of Lea & Perrins along with salt and pepper for 8 burgers

Sauce
Tomato, Liquid Smoke, Vinegar, Chili Powder and 1/4cup of Lea & Perrin along with Salt and Pepper over Medium Heat until sauce thickens...15-20 min
