Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 english cuke, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh basil
  • 2 T Old Bay
  • 1 46 oz botle veggie juice
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 pound crabmeat , drained and picked

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, stir in juices and vinegar. Cover and Chill . Add crab after chilling prior to serving.
