Ingredients
- 10 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Kroger bag 2.5 pounds / 10 pieces) (8 pieces per bag)
- 1-2/3 cups dijon mustard (1/3 cup per bag)
- 1-1/4 cups maple syrup (1/4 cup per bag)
- 5 gallon-sized zip-top freezer bags
Preparation
Step 1
Split the ingredients between 5 bags, making sure the liquid covers the chicken.
Seal the bags and place them in the freezer.
When ready to cook, just add the contents to the slow cooker.
If frozen, cook on LOW for 8 hours.
If thawed, cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Shred the meat and serve over rice or sandwich buns.
