CHEESY POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs hashed brown potatoes (London Farms)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and 1/2 cup butter. Mix cornflakes and butter and top potatoe mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
