Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 5 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 6 capers
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 15 drops worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 5 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- fried bacon to toss in salad

In a food processor, place all the ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
