Ingredients

1 C icing sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
3 TBSP butter
1 C graham crumbs
8 squares semi sweet chocolate

Step 1

Beat sugar, peanut butter and butter together. Stir in crumbs. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.

Melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave on Medium power for 2-3 minutes. Dip balls and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill and store in refrigerator.
