potato pancake

  • 1 package of frozen hash browns
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup parm
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and add to potato. season with salt and pepper. Heat oil and add 1/4 cup potato mixture to pan. Flatten. Fry 2 - 3 minutes, or until golden, then flip. Transfer to paper towel lined pan and keep warm.
