Cream filled Cupcake filling

This is the cream filling for cupcake. Make any flavor cupcake and use this recipe for a cream filling

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cupshortening
  • 2 tsp vinalla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups powder sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and milk in a small sauce pan. cook over low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until mixture thickens and just begins to boil. Remove from heat; chill.

In a large bowl cream butter and shortening; blend in vanilla, salt and chilled flour mixture.

Gradually add the 4 cups of powdered sugar, beat to spreading consistency.
