Ingredients

  • 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • celery s[\pice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with celery seed and curry powder. Cook chicken in microwave. Chop coarsely. Place in 9x13 baking dish.

Mix mayonnaise,soup, lemon juice, onion if desired, and 1 tbsp curry powder (or to taste).

Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
