Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable Oil
- 16 oz. broccoli florets, chopped
- 3 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1.) In a saucepan, bring 3 cups H2O to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 mins.
2.) Heat oil in a Lrg. skillet over Med heat. Saute broccoli until tender-crisp, and + scallioins. Remove from skillet. Scramble eggs, return broccoli mixture to pan. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt & pepper.
