Buttermilk Dijon Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together. Serve over sturdy greens or as a sauce for fish. Also really good as an alternative dressing for Salad Nicoise.

Notes: I loved this, David didn't so much. Definite repeater for me.
