Aunt Joy's Pepper Jam Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 8 oz pkg Philadephia Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup fine chopped green bell pepper
• 2 T grated onion
• 1 T pimento chopped fine
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained of all juice
• 1/4 t seasoning salt
• 3 T Austin Jam Company Pepper Jam (any flavor)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients into the cream cheese. Form into ball and roll in chopped nuts. I used walnuts. You may need to chill before forming into ball.
