FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA PIE

Ingredients

• 1-1/4 cups pretzel crumbs
• 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1-1/2 cups chopped unsweetened strawberries
• 1/2 cup bottled lime juice
• 1/4 tequila
• 2 tablespoons triple sec
• Red food coloring
• 1-1/2 cups whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar, press firmly on bottom and up sides of lightly buttered 9" pie plate. In bowl combine milk, strawberries, bottled lime juice, tequila, triple sec and food coloring, if desired, mix well.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Freeze 4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with cream.
