Ingredients
- 3 medium red potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes
- Water to cover
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in the steamer.
Add water until just covered.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Drain water.
Add butter, broth, salt, and pepper.
Mash with a potato masher
