  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup nonfat frozen yogurt - vanilla, orange, or peach

Step 1




Combine orange juice, avocado, banana and honey in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Just before serving, add frozen yogurt; blend until thick and smooth.


*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordiingly
