Ingredients
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T chopped shallots
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c EVOO

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, shallots, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil.
