Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 + pound ground round
  • onion, chopped
  • green pepper, chopped
  • garlic clove
  • celery, chopped
  • tomato puree
  • tomato sauce
  • mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • spices: allspice, sugar, basil, oregano, chilli powder, thyme, parsley flakes, salt, pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic in large pot in small amount of olive oil
Add ground round and brown, pour off extra grease
Add spices to large can of tomato puree, then add to meat mixture.
Add any number cans of tomato sauce
Simmer.
