Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 30oz Bag Frozen Diced
  • Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 32oz Container Chicken Broth
  • 1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1-8 oz Cream Cheese, Cubed
  • 3 oz Bacon Bits, Divided
  • 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Crock Pot Low 8 hours

Add potatoes, chicken broth,
cream of chicken soup, 1/2 of the
bacon bits and pinch salt & pepper
to crock pot.
Cook for 7 hours, add cubed cream cheese.
Mix a few times and continue cooking
1 more hour. Mix a few times during cooking.
When cream cheese is completely melted
the soup is ready.
Serve with the rest of the bacon bits and
cheddar cheese.
