Ambrosia Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1-11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 individual graham cracker shells

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows, and coconut. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into shells. Chill until serving.
