Chocolate Haystacks

Ingredients

  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/3 Cup butter
  • 2 Cups mini marshmallows (or 16 large)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Cup coconut
  • 1 Cup oatmeal (quick oats)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate, butter and marshmallows in a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and refrigerate.
