Ingredients
- 2 cups olive oil
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 (3 1/2 oz. ) jar capers, drained
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 dried crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Yield: 3 cups
