Ingredients
- 3 cups Broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Heat 6 cups H2O to boiling in 2 Qrt. saucepan. Add broccoli. Heat to boiling; boil uncovered for 2 mins.
2.) Add bell pepper to saucpan. Boil 1 to 2 mins. or until veggis are crips-tender. Drain; remove from saucpan.
3.) Add butter to saucepan. Cook garlic in butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden. Stir in lemon juice & salt. Return broccoli mixture to saucepan; toss to coat.
