Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large bananas, cubed
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, a little at a time. Sift flour, soda and salt into a separate bowl. Add to wet mixture. Add vanilla and cinnamon and mix well. Fold in pineapple, bananas and nuts. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
