Caramel-Dipped Hazelnuts

  • 24 hazelnuts, toasted and skinned
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 24 wooden skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Melt caramel candies on low heat in double boiler. Stick wood skewers into hazelnuts, sideways. Dip hazelnuts and place toothpicks on elevated cutting board and anchor with heavy book to allow tops of nuts to form a drip that hardens.
