Pepper Vodka

Ingredients

• 1 750 ml bottle of vodka
• 2 Tbsp peppercorns, slightly cracked

Preparation

Step 1

Add the peppercorns to the vodka and allow to sit in a cool dark place for seven days. Stir or gently shake to combine every other day. After seven days, strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove the peppercorns. Pour back into the vodka bottle.
