Pasta 'Asparagus & Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Asparagus - cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz Angle Hair Pasta
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Cook Pasta per Instructions.
2.) Heat Olive Oil in skillet, sauté Asparagus in pan for ˜ 3 minutes. Add Chicken broth & cook additional 3 minutes.
3.) Drain Pasta & transfer to serving dish. Toss Pasta & Asparagus. Sprinkle w/ Parmesan Cheese & Red Pepper
