Ingredients
- Step 1:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Step 2:
- 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip (from large size)
- Step 3:
- 2 Pkgs of butterscotch instant pudding
- 3 cups milk

Step 1
Step 1:
Mix together flour, melted butter and chopped pecans and spread in the bottom of a 10" springform pan. Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool.
Step 2:
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
Step 3:
Follow directions on package using 3 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Take remainder of Cool Whip and spread over top. Chill at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with chopped nuts to decorate.
