Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes (1 lb 12 oz)
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 small bay leaf
- 1/2 pound mushroom sliced
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1
Saute beef, sausage,onion, garlic. Add tomatoes, all varities, wine salt, pepper, sugar, and spices and simmmer 2 1/2 hours. Add mushrooms & cheese and simmer 1/2 hour.
