Ingredients
- 1 can of beer
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper or lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Bring broth to a boil then add mussels.
Remove open mussels to a bowl. Once all mussels are removed stir 2 teaspoons of butter to broth.
Pour broth over mussels and serve.
