Ingredients

• mix these in bowl
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon water
• mix these in diff bowl
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

coat 1 pound of nuts with 1st mixture & then 2nd mixture

grease cookie sheet and spread nuts evenly

bake @ 250 for 1 hour turning every 15 min
