Mexican Chicken Dinner Packets

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets(12x18 in.)hd foil
  • 2 4 to 5 oz boned and skinned chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 2/3 cup black beans drained
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 or grill to medium-high Center one chicken breast on each sheet of foil & spoon Salsa over chicken, top with beans. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Bake 15 to 18 Min on a cookie shee or Grill 11 to 13 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired
